In the retail and healthcare sectors, employees increasingly need to keep their hands free to take notes, serve food and drinks, or carry items. WHM621 with Charging Cable is a DECT headset that provides the necessary flexibility through the W70B DECT base station/W80 Multi-Cell system/W90 Multi-Cell system. The headset can be registered as an independently functioning device directly to the DECT base station or can share a SIP account with a DECT headset to make a call or manage a conversation. With DECT technology, the headset can establish a stable connection and achieve a working range of up to 300 meters. This allows you to move freely around the space without worrying about the headset's range. Besides standard call functions such as answer, reject, hold, and mute, the headset also features a Push-to-Talk function. In no time, you can send Push-to-Talk messages through the headset or organize a full-duplex Push-to-Talk meeting, ensuring that the whole team stays closely connected. With the intercom function, you can also conduct internal conversations without a network, with the intercom call being free of charge. Furthermore, you can rely on comfort with the headsets throughout the day.

Push-to-Talk
Press and hold the call control button; all participants in one group can hear you, and the communication is full-duplex. Once you are done speaking, simply release the button. You can also press the call control button and the mute button simultaneously; the Push-to-Talk meeting will then be on hold for 3 minutes, allowing you to speak hands-free with members.

Available in two different modes
WHM621 with Charging Cable can be used in two different modes:
In paired mode, it is synchronized with an existing Yealink DECT handset. For example, if you call a frequently used number via the handset, you can transfer the call to the headset. In the independently operating mode, WHM621 with Charging Cable functions as a standalone phone, meaning it has a SIP account just like a regular phone.

Make yourself heard loud and clear
Thanks to Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology, background noise in the two microphones built into the WHM621 with Charging Cable is automatically blocked, and the voice of the participant is clearly transmitted. This makes communication much more efficient.
